The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. The location was outside of the main centre and most parts of the city centre could be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and a spacious bathroom. We didn’t use the courtyard due to the weather or use the kitchen for anything other than hot drinks. All communication is with a letting agency who use automated messages for the most part. The agency arranged a taxi from the airport as we arrived late in the day which went smoothly. The front bedroom is right on the street so light sleepers will need earplugs. A great apartment for a short break.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist groß, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt eine schöne Außenterrasse. Es ist minimalistisch und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet und es stehen keine unnötigen Dinge herum. Die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen, da es viele kleine Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe gibt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Great location. Apartment was clean and had every amenity you could need. Location was great with the old centre only 10 minutes walk away. Street was quiet and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Valencia.

The apartment looks fabulous, even better than in the pictures. It is very clean, freshly renovated, with quality and tasteful furniture. The terrace is wonderful, very spacious, excellent for outdoor dining. The location of the apartment is central, 20 minutes walk from the old town of Valencia. The hosts were amazing, they responded promptly to any request. We felt very comfortable and I recommend it to anyone who wants something quality and comfortable in Valencia. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Alles tip top, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Innenhof sehr schön, aber zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck, Bratpfanne fehlte, keine Tabs, es hatte weder Salz noch Pfeffer, alles musste gekauft werden. Die Eingangstüre ist undicht, immer kalter Luftzug und Lärm von der Strasse. Die Badzimmertüre hat enorm gequietscht, wie haben dafür Öl gekauft und sie gefettet, danach ok. Klimageräte haben für’s Heizen enormen Krach gemacht, zum Schlafen mussten diese ausgeschaltet werden. Trotzdem kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Gerne wieder.
